Zucchini Squash Salad (Kabak Salatası)


Preparation
First grate and cut the squash into pieces and boil in salt water until they are well tender.
Drain well and press lightly on them to extract all the water.
Then put them in a bowl and mash with a fork.
Add the yoghurt, the garlic and salt and chopped dill.
Finally decorate with olives.
