Preparation
Turkish Meat Balls (Köfte)Combine ground meat, bread crumbs, eggs and grated onions and process until blended.

Add the spices, garlic, parsley. Process the meat well to achieve a fine texture.

Roll the mixture into small meatballs (eggsized) or finger shaped patties.

Brown in heated oil until golden brown on all sides. Serve hot.
