Dry Beans With Meat (Etli Kuru Fasulye)


Preparation
Dry Beans with meat (Etli Kuru Fasulye)Soak beans overnight in cold water. Drain. Cook them for about half an hour in water.

Brown meat chunks with, fine chopped onions in 2 tablespoons of margarine until the meat absorbs its juice.

Add tomato paste and continue browning.

Add some water and cook until tender.

Then add drained beans and red pepper.
Cook on medium heat. Add salt when almost done.
Serve with rice.
