Adana Kebab


Preparation
Adana KebabRub the onions through a sieve, add minced beef, red pepper flakes, ground red pepper, cumin, salt and pepper. Knead well together.
Leave for 15 minutes. Shape the meat mixture into 8 long shaped pieces. Put the meat on the oiled skewers lengthwise.
Place the skewers on the hot grill. Chop tomatoes and green peppers in half and put it on the grill next to the meat. Warm the pide on the grill.
Serve with parsley and thin slices of onion.
