Semolina Helva (Irmik Helvası)Brown semolina and pine nuts in melted butter for 15 minutes in a saucepan or until light brown stirring constantly.
Stir the sugar in hot water, add this to the semolina and stir well.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and cover.
Cook over very low heat for 5 minutes.

Cover and simmer over very low heat for 5 minutes longer.
Remove from heat. Let stand covered for 20 minutes.
Arrange on a serving plate and serve.
